Noli Laugh 2 circulates as the second labelled laugh clip for Noli on user-generated soundboards, where short character laughs are collected for reuse in edits and reactions. The name Noli is the main search term fans use to find the clip, and the numbering suggests it is one of several takes rather than a single canonical recording. Its popularity comes from that reuse: the laugh is short enough to drop into gaming videos, memes and short-form edits without needing context, and its mocking tone makes it instantly readable as a taunt.
About this sound
Noli Laugh 2 is a short, unsettling character laugh, often used as a reaction sound in gaming edits, memes and short videos for a taunting villain moment.
Noli Laugh 2 is a brief, sharp laugh that starts low and rises into a mocking, slightly distorted cackle, lasting just over five seconds. It sounds less like a friendly chuckle and more like a taunt, with a hollow, echoing edge that makes it feel unsettling rather than joyful. The clip cuts off before the laughter fully settles, leaving a tense, awkward pause that creators use to punctuate a betrayal, a failed escape or a villainous reveal. Heard on its own it is creepy and playful at once, which is why it lands so well as a reaction to someone being outplayed or caught off guard.
