Muscle Man is a main character from Regular Show, the Cartoon Network animated series created by J.G. Quintel that ran from 2010 to 2017 and was voiced by Sam Marin. His running gag was starting a joke with You know who else and answering My mom, which became one of the show's most quoted bits. Clips of the line spread on YouTube, TikTok and meme soundboards, where the short isolated punchline is now used as a standalone reaction to mock setups and roasts.
About this sound
Muscle Man from Regular Show delivers his classic My mom punchline in this short clip. Creators use it as a quick joke reply or meme punchline.
This is the original Muscle Man My mom joke from Regular Show, voiced in Mitch Muscle Man Sorenstein's loud, gravelly tone. After a beat of setup, he drops the two-word punchline with total confidence, stretching the vowels just enough to land the joke. It sounds brash, silly and instantly recognizable to fans of the Cartoon Network series. As a meme sound, it works because everyone knows the formula and waits for the payoff, turning any setup line into a dumb, satisfying roast that gets a laugh without needing any extra context.
