Pomni is the main character of The Amazing Digital Circus, the surreal animated series created by Gooseworx and released by Glitch Productions on YouTube in 2023. Trapped in a digital circus world, she often reacts with anxiety and confusion to the strange characters around her, which made short clips of her dialogue popular for edits on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Fans reuse the line whenever a new or unrecognised character appears, because it captures that instant of not knowing who someone is in a single, instantly recognisable question.
About this sound
Pomni asks who are you in a confused voice from The Amazing Digital Circus, used in memes and edits for awkward introductions and surprise identity reveals.
This short clip captures Pomni, the anxious jester-like protagonist of The Amazing Digital Circus, asking who are you in a wary, slightly trembling voice. The delivery is quick and uncertain, with a rising questioning tone that makes the line feel both suspicious and genuinely confused rather than aggressive. That mix is what gives it its comic timing: it lands as a reaction to someone unexpected showing up, a stranger acting strangely, or a character suddenly behaving out of character. Played over an edit, it instantly frames the moment as a mix of confusion, suspicion and nervous curiosity.
