The sound is linked to Mellstroy, the online alias of Russian streamer Andrey Burim, whose loud and unpredictable broadcasts became a frequent source of clipped meme audio. Short excerpts from his streams circulate widely on Russian language social media, where repeated phrases are isolated, looped and reused as reaction sounds. This puh puh puh version follows that pattern, turning a brief vocal moment into a standalone effect that creators add to unrelated videos for comic emphasis, mock drama or absurd energy without needing the original stream context.
