Slim is one of the alien clowns in Killer Klowns from Outer Space, the 1988 horror comedy in which extraterrestrials disguised as circus clowns terrorise a small town. His high, mocking laugh captures the film's blend of silliness and menace, which helped it become a cult favourite long after its release. Clips of the Klowns, including Slim's laugh, continue to circulate in horror edits, Halloween compilations and meme videos, where the sound instantly signals a creepy clown without needing any dialogue or explanation.
About this sound
The creepy, high-pitched laugh of Slim from Killer Klowns from Outer Space, perfect for horror edits, prank videos and spooky Halloween clips.
Slim's laugh is a short, shrill cackle that instantly gives away the mischievous, alien clown from Killer Klowns from Outer Space. It starts with a sharp, almost giggling burst before rising into a manic, echoing chuckle that sounds both playful and deeply unsettling. At just over two and a half seconds, it is quick enough to drop into a jump scare or a reaction moment without losing its punch. Hearing it makes a scene feel stranger and more sinister, as if something colourful and cheerful is hiding a real threat underneath.
