The phrase comes from a viral interaction with streamer IShowSpeed, where a young fan pleading 'please Speed, I need this, my mom is kinda homeless' became a widely copied meme line. Clips of the exchange spread across TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with creators quoting the plea out of context for anything they badly wanted. This version, credited to Aaron JYT and inspired by creator k1ngjen, sets the vocal over a Brazilian-style funk beat, giving the already dramatic request a remix format that is easy to loop, dance to, and reuse in edits.
About this sound
A funk remix of the viral Please Speed I Need This plea, including the mom is kinda homeless line, used for desperate meme edits and reaction videos.
This is a 16-second funk edit built around the desperate plea 'please Speed, I need this' and the follow-up line about mom being kinda homeless. A pleading voice repeats the request over a bouncy funk beat with heavy bass and a danceable groove, turning a moment of begging into something absurdly catchy. The contrast between the urgent, almost tearful delivery and the upbeat instrumental is what makes it land. It feels frantic and funny at the same time, like someone dancing while asking for help, which is why the clip sticks after one listen.
