Spooky Month is a Halloween-themed animated web series created by Mexican animator Sr Pelo, following friends Skid and Pump as they celebrate the spooky season. Its short intro became widely recognisable as clips, edits and memes featuring the series spread across YouTube and social media. Fans associate the theme with October, costumes and playful horror, which is why it is still reused as a seasonal opener long after first appearing online. It remains a shorthand signal for spooky fun rather than genuine scares.
About this sound

This is the short, instantly recognisable opening jingle from Spooky Month, the Halloween-themed animated series by Sr Pelo. It pairs a bouncy, slightly eerie melody with a playful, cartoonish energy that feels both spooky and fun rather than frightening. The clip is only a couple of seconds long, so it works as a quick audio cue that immediately signals Halloween, mischief and the series' cheeky tone to anyone who knows it. Its bright, punchy rhythm makes it easy to recognise even without the visuals, and it sets a light-hearted spooky mood in seconds.
