The shout became a soundboard staple because its tagged association with King Diamond points to the singer's theatrical, high-pitched grandma persona from his horror concept work. Shared as a short standalone MP3, the clip spread through meme pages and reaction edits where users searched for it as a goofy ahh grandma sound. Its appeal is the clash between a sweet family word and a metal-style wail, so creators keep reusing it for entrances, fake horror reveals and exaggerated greetings that need instant comic tension without any setup or explanation needed for new viewers.
