Derpina is the female counterpart to Derp in the rage comic tradition, a simple drawn character used to express exasperation, embarrassment and over-the-top anger in short online comics and reaction images. The elongated FFFUUU shout became shorthand for that feeling, spreading through forums, image boards and later video edits where a single scream could sum up a frustrating moment. It remains popular because the joke needs no explanation, and the sound is still dropped into memes, gaming clips and reaction videos as an instant signal that someone has had enough.

A Derpina rage scream from the classic rage comic meme, used in reaction videos and edits when something goes badly wrong or a plan falls apart.
This is a short, frustrated female scream stretched into a long, cartoonish FFFUUU, delivered with the exaggerated anger of a rage comic character losing her temper completely. The voice rises sharply, holds the shout for a couple of seconds, and lands with a comically over-the-top sense of defeat rather than real aggression. It works because the anger feels familiar and absurd at the same time, turning a small failure into a dramatic meltdown. Listeners instantly recognise the tone as a joke about being annoyed, outplayed, or fed up, which makes it perfect for punctuating a moment that has just gone wrong.
