Donation Lick circulates as a short user-generated soundboard clip rather than a line from a known show, film or game, and its exact original recording is not clearly documented. That ambiguity has not stopped it spreading among streamers and editors, who use the brief licking noise as a playful stand-in for a donation alert. Its appeal is simple: it is instantly recognisable as a joke, easy to drop over a tip notification, and short enough to reuse without annoying viewers, which keeps it in rotation for streams, reaction clips and meme edits.
關於此聲音
A short licking sound effect used for donation alerts and stream reactions, adding a cheeky, playful bite to tips, subs and funny moments on streams and edits.
The clip is a brief, wet licking noise that lands instantly and feels deliberately silly, with a soft tongue-on-surface smack that repeats just long enough to be funny without dragging. It sounds cartoonish rather than realistic, so it reads as a joke rather than something gross, and that contrast is what makes it work over donation alerts, reaction edits and stream highlights. Dropping it after a tip or a surprising moment turns a routine notification into a punchline, giving viewers a small, shared laugh and making the moment feel more playful and memorable than a standard chime or voice line would.
