The negative soul cleansing lady clip circulates online as a reaction meme built entirely around its harsh rolling vocalization, with the kekrrkrkrrrkrr spelling becoming its recognizable label across soundboards. Creators reach for it when a moment needs a fake ritual or demonic cleanse played for laughs, pairing it with possessed stares, cursed images and over-the-top edits. Its appeal is the contrast between the serious exorcism framing and the ridiculous throat sound, which keeps it in rotation for chaotic meme compilations and short-form reaction videos.

The harsh kekrrkrkrrrkrr throat chant from the negative soul cleansing lady meme. Creators drop it over cursed clips, exorcism jokes and chaotic reaction edits.
This is the guttural rolling chant from the negative soul cleansing lady meme, a nine-second burst of harsh throat rattling that sounds like a mock exorcism performed through a gargled growl. The voice sputters and trills on a hard krrrr sound, rising and falling in an almost ritual rhythm that feels both absurd and oddly intense. Hearing it lands like a joke curse being cast, half creepy and half hilarious, which is why it works so well over reaction shots. It turns an ordinary clip into something possessed, chaotic and impossible to take seriously.
