Rakan is a champion from League of Legends, released in 2017 alongside Xayah as a paired Vastaya duo. In the Brazilian Portuguese version of the game, his lines are performed with a theatrical, flirtatious energy, and Avisei is one of his short callouts that players clipped out of context. Brazilian gaming communities began sharing it on soundboards and in edits as a standalone reaction, separate from a full match, because the single word works as a complete warning and punchline on its own.

Rakan saying Avisei in League of Legends, a short Portuguese voice line used for I told you so moments, warnings and funny gaming edits online.
This is Rakan delivering the single word Avisei, the Portuguese for I warned you, in a confident, teasing tone. The line is very short and clipped, with the emphasis landing hard so it feels like a smug reminder rather than a serious alert. Because Rakan is known as a flamboyant, playful charmer, the delivery carries charm and mischief at the same time. Played after a mistake or a predictable failure, it instantly turns the moment into an I told you so joke that viewers understand even without context.
