The sound comes from the Among Us Drip theme, a trap remix inspired by the social deduction game Among Us and its red crewmate character, often called Amogus online. The remix, credited to Leonz, turned the game's simple, suspicious atmosphere into a swaggering meme anthem that spread through TikTok, YouTube Shorts and gaming edits. Its short intro became a shorthand for calling someone sus, so creators still reuse it for impostor jokes, betrayal reveals and parody edits long after the game's peak popularity.
About this sound
The opening bars of the Among Us Drip theme, a trap remix of the Amogus meme music, used for comedic reveals, sus moments and short meme edits.
The Amogus song intro is the short, punchy opening of the Among Us Drip theme, built around a dark, bouncy trap beat with a simple, instantly recognisable melody. It starts clean and confident, with crisp drums and a low, swaggering bassline that signals something suspicious is about to happen. Because the tune is tied so closely to the crewmate meme, hearing just those first few seconds makes viewers expect a joke, a betrayal, or a dramatic reveal. It works as a quick mood setter, turning an ordinary clip into something playful, tense, and deliberately over-the-top without needing any words.
