About this sound

Announcement voice line from Apex Legends where the female announcer says attention, delivering care package, used in gaming edits and alerts.

This is the in-game announcement heard in Apex Legends when a care package is dropping onto the map. A calm female announcer voice delivers the line attention, delivering care package with clear, military-style diction and a slight electronic processing that makes it sound like a broadcast over the arena. The phrasing is formal and urgent at the same time, instantly signalling valuable loot is incoming. Listeners recognise the shift in tone from normal match chatter, creating a moment of anticipation as players look up, reposition, and decide whether to contest the drop.

Pro tip

Place this announcement right before a loot reveal, unboxing, or supply drop lands on screen. Keep the game audio low underneath so the announcer stays intelligible, and cut on the word package for a clean transition into the action.

How people use it

Drop it before a loot unboxing in gaming videos.
Use it as a stream alert for new donations.
Add it when a care package arrives in edits.
Play it to announce surprise drops in Discord calls.

More information

Apex Legends is a battle royale hero shooter released by Respawn Entertainment in 2019, known for its ping system and frequent in-match announcer callouts. This care package line became a standalone clip on soundboards because it works outside a match as a generic drop alert, similar to other shooter callouts like enemy spotted and bomb has been planted. Players share it in edits, streams and chat servers to signal incoming loot or a surprise delivery, and its recognisable delivery keeps it in use years after launch.
