Neco-Arc Chaos is a parody cat character from the Melty Blood fighting games, which are set in the world of Tsukihime, and she appears in Melty Blood: Type Lumina. Her exaggerated voice lines and chaotic personality made her a favourite for memes and fighting game edits, where short shouts are lifted out of matches and reused as reaction sounds. This hooagh clip spread through meme videos and soundboards because it is instantly recognisable to fans and works even for viewers who have never played the game.
About this sound
The Neco-Arc Chaos hooagh sound is a short, chaotic scream from Melty Blood: Type Lumina, used in memes and edits for sudden panic, surprise, or absurd energy.
The clip is less than a second long, but it packs in a full burst of Neco-Arc Chaos screaming hooagh at the top of her voice, loud, shrill and deliberately over the top. The shout starts instantly, peaks almost immediately and cuts off just as abruptly, which makes it feel like a character losing control for a split second. Heard on its own it is funny because it is so sudden and exaggerated, and in a video it works as a jolt that snaps attention back to the screen, turning a normal moment into something chaotic, frantic and hard to ignore.
