About this sound

Mikan Tsumiki says you're telling us to begin in this short Danganronpa 2, voice clip, perfect for nervous reaction moments and anime meme edits.

This short voice clip captures Mikan Tsumiki, the anxious Ultimate Nurse from Danganronpa 2, as she hesitantly repeats that someone is telling the group to begin. Her soft, trembling delivery rises uncertainly at the end, giving the line a nervous, almost pleading quality that instantly signals dread about what comes next. Listeners recognise her fragile tone immediately, and the clip works because it feels both earnest and slightly unsettling, turning an ordinary instruction into a moment of tense, awkward anticipation that fits perfectly before a reveal, a challenge, or an embarrassing confession.

Pro tip

Place the clip just before a character reluctantly starts a task or trial, then cut to silence for a beat so her nervous hesitation lands. Pair it with a slow zoom on a worried face, and avoid layering loud music over her quiet voice.

How people use it
