The Orphan of Kos is the final boss of The Old Hunters, the 2015 expansion for FromSoftware's Bloodborne, fought on a desolate beach after its mother, Kos, washes ashore. Its piercing cries became one of the most recognisable sounds in the Soulsborne community, shared endlessly in boss guides, no-hit runs and streamer rage compilations.
