Super Saiyan 5 is not an official Dragon Ball transformation; it comes from fan art and fan-made animations that imagine forms beyond the canon series. Clips like this one, built around an original character's dramatic power-up scream, circulate on meme soundboards and in anime edit communities where creators remix transformation moments. The exact source video for Dax's yell is not documented, but sounds of this style spread through YouTube edits, TikTok power-up memes, and versus videos. Short, intense screams stay popular because they instantly signal a limit-breaking moment to anime fans.

The fierce power-up scream of Dax transforming into Super Saiyan 5, a fan-made Dragon Ball form. Creators use it for anime power-up edits and versus memes.
This is a short, explosive transformation yell: a raw anime-style scream layered over a rising surge of energy, like the moment a fighter breaks through their limits and their aura erupts. The voice cracks with effort, the pitch climbs hard, and the whole burst lands in under two seconds, giving it the punch of a classic shonen power-up. It feels triumphant and unhinged at once, the kind of sound that makes an edit feel bigger than it is. Dropped at the peak of a clip, it sells the transformation, turns a joke power-up into an event, and gives viewers that familiar rush of a hero going beyond.
