The clip is credited to Jack Armstrong, the American radio DJ famous for his loud, rapid-fire Top 40 delivery. The line get dat garbage outta here circulates as a user-uploaded soundboard drop rather than a commercial release, passed around for its blunt, old-school radio attitude. Online it found a second life as a meme dismissal, used wherever creators want an instant, personality-driven way to throw something out, and it endures because the delivery is more memorable than the words alone.
