The clip is best known simply as a short evil laugh sound shared on soundboards, where users label it for its golden, triumphant tone rather than for any single film or show. It circulates in meme edits and short videos as shorthand for scheming, greed and a plan paying off, often placed beside dramatic reveal sounds and villain moments. Because the laugh is instantly recognisable as cartoon villainy, it keeps being reused whenever a creator needs a quick, funny signal that someone has outsmarted everyone else.
關於此聲音
A deep, theatrical villain laugh that stretches into a long mwahahaha, used in memes and edits to celebrate a sneaky win, a plot twist or a dramatic reveal.
This is a short, cartoonish villain laugh that starts low and menacing before rolling into a long, exaggerated mwahahaha, lasting just over two seconds. The voice sounds gleeful and a little unhinged, as if the speaker has just pulled off a perfect trick or uncovered a hidden prize. It is not a realistic laugh, but a performed one, with rising pitch and stretched syllables that make the joke land instantly. Played over a clip, it turns an ordinary moment into a scheming reveal, letting viewers know someone is up to something, has won, or is about to cause chaos.
