Hello is a cheerful electronic track by OMFG that became widely shared online, and earrape edits like this one deliberately distort it to extreme volume. The format spread through meme videos, Discord servers and soundboards, where players use short loud clips to startle friends or interrupt a quiet moment. Its appeal comes from that surprise: listeners recognise the friendly melody just as it is overwhelmed by noise. Because it is short, instantly recognisable and easy to drop into edits, the distorted version remains a staple for prank and meme creators.

A loud, distorted earrape version of OMFG's Hello, blasted at maximum volume for prank edits, meme videos, jump scare reactions and Discord prank calls.
The clip takes the bright, bouncy Hello melody by OMFG and pushes it through heavy distortion until it becomes a sudden wall of loud, crackling noise. The familiar tune is still just recognisable underneath the blast, which is what makes it so jarring when it hits at full volume. It starts cheerful and instantly turns abrasive, overwhelming the listener for a few seconds before cutting out. That contrast between a cute, upbeat song and an ear-splitting burst is the whole joke, and it lands best when viewers are not expecting the volume jump.
