Shikanoko refers to Nokotan, the deer girl from My Deer Friend Nokotan, a Japanese anime whose catchy theme became a widespread internet meme in 2024. Lula refers to Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, the Brazilian president whose voice and image are frequently reused in Brazilian political memes. This clip appears to be a short user-made mashup bringing those two recognisable references together, rather than an official release. It spread through meme soundboards and short-form edits, where the contrast between politics and cheerful anime energy keeps it useful for jokes.
關於此聲音
A short Lula Shikanoko meme clip mixing a familiar Brazilian voice with the catchy deer anime theme, used in funny edits and reaction videos online.
This short clip blends the name and voice style associated with Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva with the bouncy, sing-along energy of the Shikanoko deer anime theme, creating a quick, instantly recognisable meme sound. It is bright, rhythmic and slightly absurd, with a cheerful melody that makes an ordinary moment feel like a joke is about to land. Because the combination is unexpected, it catches viewers off guard and adds a light, teasing tone to edits, especially when the visual cuts to a surprised face, a dance or a deliberately over-the-top reaction.
