The clip comes from SpongeBob Plug 'n' Plays (With Shrek) by AquaticNeptune, a fan made video mixing SpongeBob characters with toy style chaos and Shrek. The excited line was lifted from that context and shared as a standalone sound on meme soundboards. Its short length and clear wording made it easy to reuse in edits, remixes and reaction videos. It remains popular because it signals instant excitement without needing setup, letting creators turn a normal moment into a louder, funnier one in seconds.
