Omaru Polka is a Japanese VTuber with Hololive Production who debuted in 2020 as part of its fifth generation. Known for energetic, chaotic stream moments and circus performer styling, her short reactions are frequently clipped by fans and shared as standalone sounds. This ano and haaa moment follows that pattern, turning a brief live reaction into a reusable meme audio for anime and VTuber communities. Its popularity comes from how recognisable Polka's voice and timing are, even removed from the original stream context.

Omaru Polka saying ano followed by a loud haaa, a short Hololive VTuber voice clip used for confused reactions and sudden comedic emphasis in edits.
This is a short voice clip of Hololive VTuber Omaru Polka starting with a hesitant ano, the Japanese filler word for um, then bursting into an exaggerated haaa. The pause before the shout makes the delivery feel confused at first and then suddenly overwhelmed. Her bright, high pitched tone turns a simple reaction into a cartoonish outburst that lands instantly in a stream clip or edit. It works because the shift is so abrupt, moving from uncertain mumbling to full volume disbelief in just a couple of seconds without any music or background noise.
