Davie504 is the online name of Italian bassist Davide Biale, who built a large YouTube following with virtuoso slap bass covers, challenges and comedy music videos. He calls his audience slappers, a reference to the slap technique central to his playing, and what's up slappers became his regular opening line. As his catchphrases were clipped and shared across meme and soundboard communities, this greeting spread beyond his own uploads and became a standalone cue that viewers associate with bass playing, overconfidence and playful showmanship.

This is Davie504 delivering his catchphrase greeting, what's up slappers, in a cheerful, confident voice recorded close and clear. The line is short and punchy, lasting just two seconds, with the emphasis landing on slappers as a playful nod to slap bass technique. It works as an instant personality hit, signalling energy, humour and musical skill before anything else happens. Viewers familiar with his videos recognise it immediately, while new listeners get a friendly, slightly cheeky welcome that sets a light, meme ready tone for whatever follows.
