Rod Sullivan is the main antagonist of Ice Scream, the mobile horror series by Spanish studio Keplerians that began in 2019. In the games Rod drives an ice cream van, freezes children with his scream and kidnaps them, and players must rescue them in secret. The series became hugely popular with horror gaming creators on YouTube, especially in Russian-speaking communities where he is known as Morozhenshchik. Clips of his voice spread like the FNAF Jumpscare Scream as shorthand for creepy game villains.
About this sound
Rod Sullivan sound effect from the Ice Scream horror game, featuring the creepy ice cream man. Creators use it for jumpscare edits and gaming memes.
This clip captures Rod Sullivan, the masked ice cream seller from Ice Scream, in one of his unsettling in-game moments. His distorted voice and eerie delivery sound playful on the surface but carry a clear threat underneath, which is why the moment feels so tense. The audio builds unease rather than relying on a loud jump, letting Rod's tone and the quiet background do the work. Viewers who know the game instantly recognise the danger, while new listeners still get a creepy villain entrance that unsettles more than it startles.
