Neco Arc is the chibi cat parody of Arcueid Brunestud from Type Moon's Tsukihime visual novel, later appearing in the Melty Blood fighting games. The character became a wider meme through short voice clips, fan edits and chaotic reaction videos shared across social platforms. This kidding me right line fits that image perfectly, pairing a familiar anime voice with a plain English expression of disbelief. Its short length helped it spread as a reusable reaction, and creators still use it when a moment needs instant, exaggerated disbelief without explanation.
